1. User Responsibilities
All registered administrative, teaching, and support users agree to:
- Avoid using the platform for any illegal activities or violations of cyber security regulations.
- Ensure that all student records, staff directories, and academic profiles entered are accurate.
- Refrain from attempting to compromise, hack, or disrupt system integrity and databases.
2. Account Security
To protect school database records, users must:
- Maintain confidentiality of access credentials and refrain from credential sharing.
- Notify our technical administrators immediately if any unauthorized access is detected.
- Use secure passwords and update credentials periodically.
3. Payment Terms
Subscriptions, licensing, and billing structures are governed as follows:
- Services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan.
- Annual billing options include a 20% discount and require a single upfront yearly payment.
- Payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in written service agreements.
4. Termination of Service
Subscription cancellations and access termination terms:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at least 7 days prior to renewal.
- JASS SCHOOL reserves the right to suspend accounts violating system utilization guidelines.
- Upon termination, school admins have a 30-day window to export all records into Excel or PDF formats.
